"I stayed 3 nights at this hotel & my stay was comfortable. My room was clean when i arrived & there was a hot breakfast every morning. The only complaint i have is when i tried to get clean towels from the maid after the first night she said they couldn't exchange my towels till the second night. I did call front desk they informed me i could exchange at front desk. "

"There was a homeless person sleeping in the breakfast place on the floor and charging his cell phone, and another one outside looking inside the cars that were parked.☹️"

"The hotel is old and not kept up. The train track was right behind the hotel. The hallway is yellow lit with dirty carpet. The room itself was ok. My 8 year old woke up with 7 bug bites on his ankles and legs from 1 night stay. The kitchen counter was lifted from the cabinet due to water/heat damage. I am glad that there was wood flooring in the room. The bathroom was fine but it didn't have towel bars, shampoo, conditioner. The crossbar at the closet area was covered in a thick layer of dust. To-go breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins. They do have fresh coffee. We chose this location because it was near the Hyatt and had free parking."

"Spiders in the room had to clean the kitchen before using it all the walk ways had tree needles that tracked into you room wouldn't stay there again "

"The bar was amazing they even made a spicy margarita for me. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was closed so that was the only downside "
