It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia. "

However the carpets in the hallway were rather dirty and this gave a negative first impression that would be easy to fix with a deep clean. Breakfast was not bad - the pastries were particularly nice - but the hot options were a bit drued up."
