A good hotel on a budget

An acceptable hotel for the price. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. The facilities are dated but the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A Good Santa Barbara Stay

The hotel was very adequate. A Clean room with everything we needed. A decent breakfast for all of us as well. The personnel were friendly and welcoming. Parking lot needs reasphalting.

Sufficient accommodation

Room is quite small, but sufficient. Grateful for the continental breakfast, but all too much sweet offerings… sugar is killing us all! Fresh fruit or eggs (even just boiled eggs) would be super nice and non-dairy milk/creamer would be lovely for the tea/coffee.

It’s was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Waffle maker and yoghurts and pastries. Coffee and juices. Modest, but did the job. There was some garbage stuffed behind the nightstand that had not been cleaned. Otherwise, it was exactly as I would think it should have been for price and chain.

We came after a long ride tired and the receptionist could’t find our reservation with Expedia. It took a while until he could manage it. The hotel is located on the end of the State street and to get to the downtown must take Uber or public transportation if without car. The hotel old and needs remodeling. The breakfast was poor and the staff was very friendly.

It’s very conveniently located, everything is pretty much 5-10 minutes away. But the room is super expensive for the condition of it. Floors definitely don’t get mopped, bed skirt had a weird stain, bathtub and sink had weird odors coming from them. Most of the staff was nice however the man who works the Night Shift watched us every time we left our room until we went back in. Breakfast was decent, had the essentials and the waffle mix is pretty solid. Overall not terrible but you might as well put in an extra $75-100 and stay somewhere a bit nicer
