Located at the end of a private lane and surrounded by large estates, this quiet retreat features 3 bedrooms, one with king bed and two with queen beds, each with ensuite bathroom. There ia also a separate office with ultra high-speed internet and its own entry and bathroom, plus a separate kitchenette. Nearly 1 1/2 acres of mature, landscaped gardens surround the home, and there is a rooftop jacuzzi for relaxing and star-gazing. The restaurants and shops of the Upper Village are a short walk from the property, while the Santa Barbara Polo Club is less than a 9-minute drive away.
