The property is among three other condos within a gated compound. We booked three of the four condos for a family wedding in the area. The property is in the middle of all that Solvang has to offer (lots !!). It clean and offered a home base for all our activities. Looking forward to doing it again. PS - If you like hummingbirds, the flowers / landscaping at the condo will not disappoint.

This was a perfect location, set back from the busy street, and walkable to everything. Parking is easy, house was clean, I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this house was great! We were able to walk a block over right in to downtown Solvang. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to replace the pans in the kitchen, replace the can opener and sharpen the knives. They were all very well loved and made it a little more difficult to cook with than it needed to be. Overall the house was great and would definitely stay again.

Great Location

You couldn't ask for a better location when staying in Solvang. Right in the heart of town and close to everything. Nice spot for a small group, though the second full bath is pretty tight for four people to share. Some amenities were dirty or old, but we really enjoyed our stay for the most part. Would recommend if you have a group and want to stay together.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We've decided to make this our family tradition—we'll definitely be coming back. The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful, making everything smooth and easy.The location was perfect: we were in the very heart and soul of Solvang, with everything just a short walk away—less than four minutes. We spent a beautiful day exploring the nearby wineries in Los Olivos, which were just a quick drive.This trip was especially meaningful for us, as we came to spread my mother’s ashes. Returning each day to such a lovely and peaceful space made the experience all the more comforting. We gathered in the living room, watched a movie, and shared cherished memories. It was a perfect way to end the day surrounded by love and connection.

Great location

We were visiting Solvang for a family wedding. This house was a perfect retreat for a mini-vacation. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops and a market. We would stay here again on our next visit.

Family perfect!

Solvang is one of our family’s favorite destinations. This home was exceptional- clean, smelled wonderfully fresh, within walking distance to everything in Solvang, and a great parking space for our 15 passenger van!

Great location to downtown Solvang

We were having a girls' wine tasting weekend. The condo was exactly as advertised- easy to access and clean and safe. There is a hot tub in the back yard. The condo is within walking distance of everything in downtown Solvang- all the restaurants and shops. The Wine Tour company picked us up right at the house!

Perfect Place for the Holiday

I booked this house for my family and partner, a total of 6 people, to celebrate the New Year. We had an amazing stay. The house is lovely and cozy - and big! Its so close to the main street, so you have many restaurants, shops, and activities to try. That being said, it's just far enough that the area is quiet and peaceful. I have nothing negative to say about the house, only positives. I would highly recommend booking a stay here.

Quiet, well-located comfortable home

Lovely house that is centrally located yet on a quiet side street. Easy check-in and check-out, and very comfortable. The hot tub in the back was a nice additional treat. Would stay there again.
