Everything was superb except the hot tub and outdoor grill were not working, and we were unable to use them the entire trip. If that is fixed, the house would be perfect.

Family trip to Solvang

We wanted to explore Solvang and the surrounding areas. We needed a place centrally located since we had multiple toddlers and a baby. We were thrilled with the location, amenities and space of the house. It was quiet and relaxing. The gated community feel was a plus and convenient for leaving our rental car. The location provides quick access to everything Solvang has to offer.

Comfy, convenient and fun family stay

The house/property was spacious- the perfect size for our group- and with immediate walking access to the restaurants and shops in downtown Solvang, was incredibly convenient. We had two families in our group- our infant son stayed with us in the master room, and our friends used the other two rooms for their stay with their kids (3yr and 6yr old). The connecting bathrooms and overall layout upstairs provided ample space, and enough privacy/separation for varying bedtime/sleep needs for the kids… meanwhile the adults could stay up downstairs longer and use the hot tub. We loved walking our families to dinner- after a day of wine tasting no one wants to drive (again) to dinner.Looking for more dates to come back and stay again!

Memorable

To have a place for our family together for Christmas that was warm, welcoming and inviting was awesome. It was so close to Mission Dr/Hwy 246 that we could just walk to nearby stores and restaurants as well as take short drives to church and other conveniences. If we ever come to stay at Solvang again as a big group, we’d love to come stay here again.

Great place!

We took our daughters to visit some colleges and this was a great location for our home base. The accommodations are very nice and it’s a short walk from a number of bakeries and restaurants and other great spots.

Perfect house!

The whole process of getting in the property was easy. The house was spacious and very clean. It’s so central to the town you can walk just about anywhere in Solvang! Highly reccomend
