Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing.

The staff is excellent, especially the lady working yesterday when we checked in about 3:30pm. The room was clean; there needs to be small dishes for opened soap (have suggested this before); we were upgraded to a suite (extra room woth 2 beds); our king bed was very firm & uncomfortable.
