The location is perfect. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.. the chambermaid staff was lovely. All made for a perfect stay ... except the office staff was unfriendly and surly.

Mar Monte Hotel, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
The hotel room is giving antiquet feel but newly rennovated. The only downside is that despite open parking but all are valet parking only.

Blue Sands Inn, A Kirkwood Collection Hotel
The AC was hard to operate and I think the filter needs to be cleaned. When I woke up the room smelled like stale food. Also, the vinyl flooring needs a good moping. I spilled water by the bedside and when I wiped it up the paper towel was black.
