The day I got there they didn’t find my reservation Costumer service the worst We pay out package almost double for a room the didn’t haved air conditioning The only person know her job is the housekeeper I will give her a 10+ That area is no safe I won’t recommend to anyone that Hotel colonial. I will rate then 00000000+ The Worse
