We will return! My first time booking Vrbo it was a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very much pleased with attention to detail for family needs like a stroller, crib, and bath for infants. Joel was commutative and attentive to any needs we had. Location was perfect near the freeway and cool eatery’s.

The place was extremely comfortable! The owner provided us cribs, baby tubs, and many small necessities that were needed for our 2 babies. The apartment was very spacious with a whole kitchen for the family, a washer/dryer, and big beds that were available for our family of 5 (excluding the babies). I definitely recommend them!!!

Property was clean. Parking was pretty tight. There was a dog that would bark no stop for 20-30 minutes most morning at 6:45 waking up everyone. Parking through the back alley was a little rough people came speeding through there almost hitting me a few times. It was a nice stay all in all. Just a few things to be aware of.

Parking and location details were not clear before booking and after booking and asking questions found out our car would not fit in their parking option. Arrived at the location and saw gang graffiti and gang members outside an alley we had to drive through to get to the apartment. All parking options were full. The apartment area next to this one is dirty, crowded, and seemed unsafe. Directions actual take you to those apartments. Messaged host immediately to ask for support and never got a response (4 days later and nothing). Expedia/Vrbo chat just say they will ask the host to contact me and have no other support. We couldn’t stay here with kids so had to find a motel last minute (middle of the night) and pay even more out of pocket. We booked a few days before our trip and would have liked more transparency and communication before the booking and after booking as well. Really hope they can make this right.
