Centrally located in Santa Ana, Downtown Orange County. 6 miles to Disneyland, 11 miles to the beach. Walking distance to Downtown Santa Ana restaurants and nightlife. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 queen bed sofa sleeper, 1 twin rollaway cot. TV’s in each room. Super fast 1 GB internet. Pack-n-Play, high chair, baby bath, all available during your stay. Fully stocked kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, baking pans, water filter, full size W/D. On site parking.
The space
100 year old Craftsman home converted into 4 separate 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments. All 4 apartments on the property are vacation rentals. Larger parties may rent multiple units and be comfortable knowing they are right next to each other on the same property. We can accommodate up to 24 guests on the property when all 4 apartments are rented together.
No parties allowed. The majority of our guests are families traveling with children. Please respect our house rules so all of our guests may enjoy their stay.
Please note, we try our best to create a comfortable quiet environment for our guests, however as with any apartment building there is always a potential for noise from the adjoining units. The apartment is located near a busy downtown area and there is potential for street noise.

This is a private apartment. Guest will have access to the entire apartment. Guest will be provided one guaranteed parking space.

1-Ring Door Bell Camera: this camera faces the front walkway in the front of the property next to the entrance of the apartments.
2-Ring Spotlight Camera: this camera faces the parking area and is mounted below the second story balcony facing the alley.
3-Ring Spotlight Camera: this camera faces the side entrance walkway on the Southwest corner of the property.
There is a Minut decibel noise meter inside of each apartment unit in the living room area. This device only records the level of noise inside the unit, it does not record any audio. These units are in place to prevent loud parties and to assure the peace and quiet of each guest on the property.
