"Very efficient check in and check out. Shuttle was great. Nice facilities but locating a nice place to eat without a car was difficult. Also found the prices in snack shop to be very high."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel and honestly sad that I was only staying one night! Considering the price I paid for a night at this hotel, I was not expecting anything special. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, the hotel property was beautiful with a gorgeous garden to walk through and a resort quality pool. I was very pleased with both the dinner and breakfast buffets and had a great time listening to a live DJ at the hotel bar in the evening! If I am ever back in San Jose, I will most definitely stay here again! "

"Had a great stay here. Will return for another booking soon!! Staff was wonderful the room I had with a view was perfect. The only complaint I have is that one of the outlets under my desk wasn’t fully placed properly. You can see the a 3 inch gap in between th drywall. Also the toilet seat wasn’t placed properly it was off centered. Trust and believe I use toilet paper to protect against any kind of germs. Besides that it was a great stay. "

"Nice restaurant slightly expensive. Breakfast was good but bacon would have made it much better than cold ham slices. Room is good but needs a recliner. Only has a desk chair - not that comfortable while in room waiting. Staff very friendly and some had excellent english. Shuttle from and to airport much appreciated. "
