"The house is in the vicinity of major Tuskan sites like Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. And the Versilia beaches are only a short drive of 40 minutes away. All the rooms have AC, which was very welcome in the July heat. The Pool is quite big, well maintained and dogfriendly. The plot is really very large, gated and fully fenced: very practical as we had two small dogs with us.
