This luxury residence consists of 5 independent units, it develops on 3 levels, and it has been projected according to the highest standards with great attention to details and top-quality finishes and furnishings (such as Frette linens and bath towels, Simmons mattresses, marble floors, etc.), and it offers all kind of facilities typical of a 5-star accommodation (Wi-Fi throughout, Flat TVs, iPod dock station, CCTV in common areas, welcome basket, etc.).

The Ivy Penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms al with en-suite bathrooms; one master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom with combination of tub and shower, the second bedroom has twin beds (that can be joined) and private bathroom with shower, both bedrooms feature parquet floor, the third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Going up through a few stairs (or by lift) you reach the open-plan space consisting of a large living room and the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.

The rates are inclusive of: welcome basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning and change of bed linen with towels every 3 days, final cleaning.

Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
