"The place is billed as "Romantica" but having a crying baby at all hours and cars coming and going as they parked was quite disruptive. It was soo noisy. The balcony and view was wonderful and apt itself was clean and well put together. "

"The place itself was nice and maintained but the culture of the staff were low on hospitality. When we arrived one of the men behind the desk was arguing with a customer very loudly. While the customer might have been difficult, he should not have been raising his voice so loud. My husband went to the restaurant for breakfast and was completely ignored by the staff. He was not acknowledged and they even looked the other way when passing his table. They were too busy talking with one another. Overall the staff lacked a culture of hospitality that should have been present, especially for a higher end hotel. Extremely disappointing."
