"The home was lovely, the views were amazing, the town was beautiful. The road was a bit scary as it almost did not fit our vehicle, but once we settled in we did not want to leave. Wonderful host; thank you for our stay!"

"The place is billed as "Romantica" but having a crying baby at all hours and cars coming and going as they parked was quite disruptive. It was soo noisy. The balcony and view was wonderful and apt itself was clean and well put together. "

"Okay, I wasn’t going to talk about this place but seems as I probably will not be coming back to Sorrento. It’s way way too touristy for me. But that is why I chose St. Angelo. A little more out of downtown but still close to amenities. Such as Hotel Mediteraneo with ocean views and incredible food within 2 minutes. The accommodations were perfect. We needed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This place is brand new and impeccably built with everything you could need. I’m a retired builder and this...

"The apartment was as advertised just steps off the beach. It’s in the top floor of an old apartment building with a view overlooking the Lido at Minori. The apartment looked brand new inside. Everything worked as advertised and was very very clean. Giuseppe was the person that checked us into the room and was very informative and recommended a few very good restaurants. Check in went flawlessly. We came from Ravello and we texted Lisa when we were leaving Amalfi on the bus and we were met at the...

"The place itself was nice and maintained but the culture of the staff were low on hospitality. When we arrived one of the men behind the desk was arguing with a customer very loudly. While the customer might have been difficult, he should not have been raising his voice so loud. My husband went to the restaurant for breakfast and was completely ignored by the staff. He was not acknowledged and they even looked the other way when passing his table. They were too busy talking with one another. Overall the staff lacked a culture of hospitality that should have been present, especially for a higher end hotel. Extremely disappointing."
"The stay was wonderful. Arriving late due to ferry cancellation/rescheduling, the staff were very attentive. Immediately helping with dinner reservations, ensuring our luggage was delivered by the porter service and making sure every ask was promptly taken care of. On our day of departure, all ferries were cancelled due to weather and without hesitation the Villa Francesco team jumped into action and arranged for a car service to Sorrento. Our next visit to Positano we will definitely stay here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast and room service were excellent."
"It was a beautiful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Our room was excellent with a small balcony to view the port and castle. The Skytop lounge in the evening is a must! Excellent vantage point for sunset over the port and Mt Vesuvius to the east."
"I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—as are the breakfasts and the cleanliness—but above all, I recommend it for the staff; they are incredibly friendly and provide high-quality service. Staying there was a dream, and they exceeded my expectations—from the breakfasts right by the sea to their assistance with booking reservations for Capri and other destinations. Honestly, I would give them even more than 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"This hotel is one of the finest properties at which I've stayed in the entire world. I've traveled to many countries and experienced some great hotels, but this is my favorite. The location is as ideal as one could imagine. It came under new ownership two years ago and they must have spent tens of millions on the renovation. The hotel is immaculate. Stunningly gorgeous with a view you'll remember for all your days. The rooms are beautiful - white, blue and green with fabulous beds. The bar looks like it is a refreshed version of a bygone era in all its opulence and charm. The food was very good. Every meal is well executed and the staff are at the ready to make sure you have an amazing stay. Superior cocktails and spritzes and a small but impressive wine list filled with local gems. A couple of people to call out in particular include Giancarlo who welcomed us with warmth and a great tour of the property while our room was being readied. He made us feel welcome from the Sergio the maitre d' is a joy to be around and a true professional. He makes the experience better with his charm and kindness. He elevates the staff and is a highlight of any dinner looking out on the sea. The restaurant staff are excellent as is the barman. It is an expensive part of the world, but when you're at the Europa Palace, you feel like you're getting service and an experience that meets or exceeds the price."
"I wish they would have the pool open. It was very hot and it was a beautiful pool but you couldn’t use it because it wasn’t the summertime so my suggestion to them is that they opened up the pool a month earlier that’s just me."
"Gorgeous hotel, recently refurbished rooms, incredible service. The Don Geppi restaurant was a particular highlight! Photos honestly don't do it justice and the hotel was, unlike much of bustling Sorrento, very peaceful and tranquil"
