Amazing gentleman at front desk moved his car so we could park! Even cleaning staff… young man was amazingly kind and engaging! Would recommend hotel 100 %!! We had Jr Suite sea view … room large, bed comfy and very clean!"

"We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!"

The breakfast was fantastic, all fresh products; one thing that really stood out to us was the honeycomb at the buffet, dripping with delicious fresh honey. All the staff; from the dining room to the reception were truly kind and friendly, especially Giovanni, Benedetto, Sonia and Chiara! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, as we had such a wonderful experience."
