Casa Blanca is a detached house located in the heart of Masia Can Pares, an ancient Catalan farmhouse surrounded by nature, designed as a place of calm, sharing and simplicity. The property is fully fenced and out of sight, in the middle of a botanical garden of more than 20,000 m² with more than 600 trees, offering a green and peaceful setting throughout the year.

La Masia Can Pares consists of several buildings and outdoor spaces spread throughout the park: tree-lined paths, fountains, ecological vegetable garden, chicken coop and rest areas. Travellers stay in a living natural environment, where everyone can move freely while respecting the tranquility of the place. The shared swimming pool, more than 18 metres long, is integrated into the landscape and accessible from the house. It allows you to swim or relax in a quiet and green setting.

Casa Blanca can accommodate up to 6 people. It has three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for all occupants. The interior spaces include a convivial living room, suitable for shared moments, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to live the stay in complete autonomy.
Outside, the house benefits from two private terraces with direct access to the garden, ideal for meals, rest times or simply enjoying the natural environment.

The property is located in the village of Sant Pere de Ribes, an authentic Catalan village, appreciated for its local atmosphere, local shops, markets and peaceful pace of life. The village is inhabited all year round and offers a pleasant balance between local life and proximity to tourist sites.

Just a 7-minute drive away, travellers can reach the beaches of Sitges, known for their diversity, seaside promenade and coves. The immediate surroundings of the farmhouse are also marked by the Penedès vineyards, ideal for walks between hills and open landscapes, as well as by the proximity of the Garraf Natural Park, offering trails, panoramas and unspoilt nature.
