Our apartment is located in the Vallpineda residential complex, in the hills above Sitges. Very bright and fully equipped for 5 people, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room that opens onto the terrace with views of the sea and the community pool. Ideal for families with children, who can enjoy the pool and garden. A 5-minute drive from the beaches and city centre Sitges. Free private parking in the building. <br>This 65-square-meter, stair-free ground-floor apartment is very bright—south-facing with sun all day long. From the terrace, you can see the pool (where you can watch your children play), the ocean, the town, and the mountains. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.<br>The apartment has two double bedrooms (each with a TV), a bathroom, and a large living-dining room, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen with all necessary appliances. It offers every comfort, and all rooms have windows and natural light.<br>The living-dining room is spacious and bright thanks to its sliding doors that open onto the terrace; it features a comfortable sofa, a glass table, wall-mounted cabinets, and elegant, modern decor. It has a flat-screen TV and free internet access. It is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and radiator heating for the winter.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, clothesline, iron, ironing board, and various cleaning supplies are provided.<br>The master bedroom features a double bed and spacious closets. The other bedroom has one single bed and a double bunk bed suitable for children or adults—we offer a fold-out cot (please contact us in advance). It features a bar, restaurant, tennis courts, and other sports facilities, as well as the club’s public swimming pool. The entire area is a spacious promenade lined with trees and plants, offering panoramic views of Sitges and the Mediterranean.<br>The apartment is located a fifteen-minute walk from city centre Sitges and its beaches. There is door-to-door public transport service.
