"Denied check-in for 4 people when there was a double sofa bed & king size bed. I've stayed in other hotels in Spain with the same arrangement and number of people with no issues. They left us stranded the day we arrived for our two week trip with no choice but to book new accomodations somewhere else last minute that costed us thousands of dollars since they refused to refund us or offer any upgrades."

No le preste atención y seguí mi camino, creo que está bien que existan reglas y hay que respetarlas pero tampoco podemos ser tan estrictos e inflexibles mucho más aún tratándose de las vacaciones de alguien y más si va de salida."

My room smelled like smoke, and the hallways were no better, making the environment very unpleasant. In addition, only one elevator was working during my stay, which caused long wait times and inconvenience, especially during busy hours. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also below expectations. The common areas and room did not appear to be maintained to a satisfactory standard, and the property felt worn and neglected. Unfortunately, due to the smoke odor, maintenance issues, and lack of cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"it is a nice budget hotel close to the higway with confortable beds and breakfast included It can be an option if you do not want to spend to much money on hotel in center Barcelona. It is a little far from touristic area but only 20 min by express bus from the subway station center Barcelona. The bus stop is at 5 min walking. Area is pretty safe with grocery shopping close and small restaurants/ bars open until midnight.For us was perfect and on budget . One think, the breakfast area really need extra staff to refill cafe, cheese plates, bread.....It was often missing something."

"Great place, only issue it’s about 1/2 drive away from downtown Barcelona, but you are away from the mayhem of tourists. Nice and tranquil location. Nice mall on other side of freeway with great food choices. Sant Cugat is only a 10 min drive and that town is amazing, all you expect a city in Spain should look and feel like, great places to eat as well."

Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
