"An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. "Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was amazing, welcomed us warmly it was like visiting a family member that you haven't seen for a long time. "The hotel was very great for a 5 day break with our 5 and 8 year old. One issue we found is that the pool did not open until 10am which is very annoying when you have young children, meant people were queuing around the pool to get sun beds as soon as it opened."

"Very resort style stay, beautiful hotel, rooms and amenities. Beach had a substantial amount of sulphur smelling seaweed. No dedicated hotel guest beach chairs along the beach. Best breakfast buffet I have experienced."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. A beautiful hotel with amazing pools. Breakfast has alot of variety and I enjoyed it every morning. Staff were so lovely, especially the household staff. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fantastic and much needed in 30+ degrees. There's not many places I go back to but this is definitely one place I'll return to. My only thing to complain about was the extremely poor wifi. Not usable at all. The location is truly incredible, with perfect beaches and restaurants. I'll be back sooner than later. Thankyou"

"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."
