"Great weekend stay - Staff throughout were amazing, but a big shout out to Bruno on the front desk for welcoming us and setting our stay up... Then coincidently he was on duty when we requested a late checkout as our flights werent until 8pm and he was super helpful, professional and made it drama free... Food was good, breakfast excellent, swim up room was fantastic... Just wish we had more time, so we didnt get chance to laze down on the beach as we stayed two days and based ourselves around pool... BUt the beach bar looked fantastic too... "

"My wife and I had a really nice stay at Grupotel. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is lovely and clean. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food. The location of the hotel is amaaing in a gorgeous cove of the bay, just seconds from the beach below. The hotel also laid on free activities and we did yoga and breath work classes and went on a guided hike too. I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel and area of Ibiza. "

"The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one. "
