This wonderful house is located between Sant Feliu and S'agaró. It is in a strategic position on top of a hill from where you have fabulous sea views from the terrace, garden and master bedroom!

The house is completely refurbished and ready for its guests to settle in and spend their holidays with total peace of mind. It has a very large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with plenty of space and a magnificent terrace where you can eat in the shade of the awning while watching the Mediterranean sea and the pine trees swaying to the rhythm of the wind. Downstairs you will find two double bedrooms and one with two single beds. There is also an exit to the garden and a covered area where you can lie down and relax. A barbecue and a couple of sun loungers are also offered.It is advisable to go by car because to go to the residential area where the house is located you have to climb a long slope.
