Great views...even better customer service!

The staff & management at this hotel provide absolutely the best customer experience for guests...and that is essential. I have not always experienced this 'basic requirement' that all customers expect at other hotels of a similar rating on this trip through the Costa Brava and Northern Spain region unfortunately! Well done to the hotel team!!!

Simpele and beautiful

Very clean, most of the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great value for money. The trip from the city centre is very fast (although uphill) to the hotel and the hotel has got amazing views. The hotel room didn't have some usual things like an iron or a hair dryer. The hotel didn't have an option for laundry.

SUPER SÉJOUR

INCROYABLE! Une grande première pour nous et le séjour étais parfait! Chambre standard Eco , avec nettoyage tout les jours , balcon vue sur une terrasse , avec deux chaises sur le balcon , très peu de bruit dans les couloirs , des nuits tellement reposante. La chambre rien à dire climatisé selon notre envie. Pour la restauration , tout étais bon le seul inconvénient c’est qu’il n’y est pas plus de propositions sur la carte. À part ça tout est nickel , service rapide , le personnels étaient d’une gentillesse avec nous et notre petite de 21 mois. Une vue incroyable ! Tellement reposant , la piscine est assez grande , très rarement pleine de monde. Beaucoup de transats ce qui est génial car pas besoin de ce lever à 8h pour en avoirs un LOL. l’accueil certains parle français du coup sa nous as beaucoup aider. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner et franchement on ne regrette pas beaucoup de choix sucré/salé. Du réassort tout le long de 8h à 11h ce qui est super! Et pour le parking de la voiture c’est 16€ par jours mais je trouve que c’est raisonnable car parking surveillé la nuit donc aucun risque pour la voiture. En plus accès avec une carte donc pas d’inconnus qui y on accès. Vraiment RIEN À DIRE. GRAND MERCI AU PERSONNEL POUR CETTE ACCEUIL ET LEURS BIENVEILLANCE. Nous y reviendrons c’est certains!

NIce place with a great view

Very nice hotel and wonderful staff. Parking costs extra even though this site said it was included. Difficult to do as there is a barrier you have to open. Desk staff were very helpful when I needed them. Excellent breakfast with a killer view. Couldn't be better on this point. Walking to town is not very far but it is very steep. Good if you are fit. ROom was quiet and clean and very safe

Fabulous hotel with amazing views

Booked last minute whilst travelling through Spain. We knew it was up a steep hill from the photos of the view, but its worth it! The staff were very friendly, the room was very good with a balcony and the terraces and pool areas were fantastic. Breakfast was the best we've had so far on our two month trip! What a find, we loved it!

Bel’ Hotel in ottima posizione con vista sul golfo (noi avevamo camera vista mare). Ottima colazione, ottima pulizia, unica pecca il parcheggio: noi ad agosto non siamo mai riuscite ad utilizzarlo perché sempre pieno ed abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare nel parcheggio a pagamento (fortunatamente la notte non si paga) nella strada sottostante. Comunque lo consiglio, standard quasi da hotel a 4 stelle.

Les joies du sur-booking

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre double standard pour 3 nuits : 16 m2, lit double, vu sur la montagne. A notre arrivée, celle-ci se résumait à 1 local d'environ 7m2 entre ascenseurs et accès au toit (vue sur les climatiseurs). 2 lits simples, une configuration incompréhensible (difficile d'ouvrir 1 valise par manque de place). Cette "chambre" n'avait pas été préparée (poils/cheveux dans la baignoire), ce qui laisse songeur quant à l'application des mesures sanitaires en période de pandémie. Nous avons bien sûr signalé que cela ne correspondait en rien au descriptif de notre réservation, mais la seule possibilité immédiate était de bricoler un grand lit avec les 2 lits simples, il faudrait voir le lendemain matin pour tout changement. Après 1 nuit effroyable (climatiseur à moins de 2 m du lit, et fenêtre fermée, pour ne pas subir le bruit des autres climatiseurs en plus du bruit de l'ascenseur), nous sommes donc allé à la réception (après un petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct), pour pouvoir changer de chambre les 2 nuits restantes. On nous a alors proposé 1 "vraie" chambre double avec 1 balcon, mais très sombre (la porte-fenêtre condamnée donnait sur 1 paroi rocheuse). Après notre refus, la seule possibilité offerte était de revenir à 15h après qu'1 chambre se soit libérée. Très bel hôtel en effet, très bien situé, mais dont nous étions à la porte jusqu'en milieu d'apm. Nous sommes donc partis sur le champ, après avoir du négocier le remboursement des 2 nuits restantes.
