This spacious apartment is located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and the shopping area of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, in a very quiet area yet close to the town center. Ideal for enjoying the Costa Brava in total comfort.

The accommodation stands out for its brightness, spaciousness, and cozy decoration. With a usable area of 97 m², it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Very well equipped appartment, very spacious, a nice terrace. But the parking slot in the garage does Not really fit the description. It's too narrow, even for a small car. And parking facilities in the area are very shy.
