For customers who arrive outside business hours, HHR has security boxes so you can pick up the keys.



. Online check-in is essential to register your reservation and speed up the check-in process at the accommodation, and it is very important to complete it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon your departure all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.

. This property has a €500 deposit. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients; communication is important and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.

. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory per person and per night (maximum 7 nights), from age 17 onwards.

. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

. Pets under 10kg are welcome (except breeds considered potentially dangerous), so that no family member is left behind. It is important that you inform us of your pet's size and breed so we can prepare for their arrival.
