Casas Sitori apartment 5 in small private complex on the beach!

The property consists of:
- Living room / dining room
- Bedroom 1 (2 x single bed)
- Bedroom 2 (1 x triple bunk bed)
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower
- Large sun terrace
- Use of the shared garden
- Car park for 1 car on site
- Private swimming pool 13m x 4m in the garden

From the bedrooms you step through the sliding doors onto the sun terrace, equipped with teak patio furniture with soft cushions.
In the living room is a nice sofa with two single armchairs and a dining area.
The big color television with Canal Digital decoder offers you in addition to the Spanish channels, most of the Dutch television and radio stations. There is wifi everywhere in the apartment.
Everything can be closed with blinds. On the terrace there is a sunshade.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities. Fridge / Freezer, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., a complete inventory for a comfortable stay.
In the bedroom 1 are 2 single beds, in bedroom 2 is a 3 person bunk bed. All in the winter with nice duvets, summers with cool fresh sheets.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe closet. Also, there are plenty of towels provided. (No beach towels).
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, 1 washbasin with mirror and mirror lighting, and a toilet.
The apartment has a washing machine, which is at your disposal during your stay.

It is not allowed to smoke in our apartments.

Heerlijk verblijf!

Goed verzorgd verblijf, direct aan het strand. Goede bedden, airco, grote tv, ruime tuin met BBQ en hangmat, buitendouche...en alles picobello in orde!! we gaan al vele jaren en blijven terugkomen.
