I didn’t do much research about the surrounding area where this hostel is located, but by the look of the area walking around, I got lucky! Apparently this is not the nicest area to stay, but me and my girlfriend had no issues whatsoever nor did we hear or see anything bad. If you’re used to staying at really nice hotels and require some luxury you might not like this place. But It’s a hidden gem for those who want a nice, clean place to sleep. The staff was amazing. One member is even from Los Angeles - and the rest spoke enough English so there was never a language barrier. It’s very very clean and a simple place. All white aesthetics. The pool was nice and very quiet. They ask you to be quiet and no parties while inside to keep the nightlife outside of the establishment. They only had very tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner so def bring your own. There is a hair dryer so no worries there. I don’t know if this is normal if you stay in a hostel, but there was no ice machine, iron, or cups or other furniture in the room besides the bed and a couple chairs, had a simple bed & sheets, no coffee maker. There was a tv and an air conditioner. There’s also convenience stores everywhere including right next door if you need anything. They had breakfast too for 7euros. Within walking distance of the little shops, and food, and more popular places by the water. It’s about $30 cab ride to Ushuaïa and Hi and to the Castle. Scooter rental close by too!
