"Hotel did the job, great price and ease of use, simple good, did the job for a night’s sleep, place was clean and tv was very up to date and nice, previous guest even left it signed into Netflix so got free Netflix watch before sleep. Checked in at midnight and checked out exactly at 11am very fast service and help when needed. Very friendly staff, within walking distance of all of Pismo, no need to be driving around Pismo, it's all walkable, parking was good and accessible."

"A very nice place to stay, right next to the beach. Clean and well maintained with a couple of notable - albeit minor - issues: (1) being next to the beach, there is no AC. On the second night of our stay, there was zero sea breeze and that, combined with the very small opening on the beach-side window and the rather small operable window in the bathroom meant that there was zero cross breeze through the room. I was very uncomfortable in that warmth... (2) there was a box fan in the room but it turned out to be broken and unusable, so my sleep that night was not good at all. I spoke to the on-site manager the next day and learned that even at 2am, I could have taken the box fan to the front desk and gotten a replacement. In all, my negative experiences were somewhat minor and if asked if I would return for another stay, I'd probably say yes. I think I would want to stay on the second floor however so that I could leave my door on the security hook and get a little better air movement in the night. Plus I'd make sure up front, that the provided fan(s) were all in good working order!"

"Clean, staff is super cool and nice. It’s definitely family friendly. Parking can be tight but it’s all good. I love staying there because the beach is literally a blink away and Pomeroy is around the corner easy to walk, eat, shop and drink you’re ass to the hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is fantastic, the room was clean, and the balcony was a highlight—such a great spot to sit and enjoy the mornings. One important thing to note: there is no air conditioning. I didn’t realize this when booking, and since our room faced west toward the beach during a warm spring break week, it got very hot in the evenings as the sun set. Unfortunately, the room didn’t cool down much overnight. The first night was uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well, especially since the ceiling fan only seemed to run on a low setting. The next day, we asked the hotel attendant—who was very kind—and they provided us with an additional fan, which helped. However, we still needed to keep the patio door open, and it remained quite warm. That said, the room itself had great amenities, and the designated covered, secured parking was a huge plus. We would consider staying again, but only during cooler weather."
