The semi-independent flat in the villa, located on the upper floor and accessible only by stairs, offers a range of comforts and features that make it an ideal place to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a large yard with two reserved parking spaces. Also outside, there is a small garden with a dehor.

The flat, which is partially domotised, has one twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. In addition to the private bathroom, the flat has two other bathrooms, equipped with every comfort.

A small laundry room with washer-dryer, hoover, ironing board and drying rack is at guests' disposal. The open-plan kitchen, complete with dining table, sofa bed and TV, offers a cosy space for cooking and spending pleasant moments with friends. In addition, both from the kitchen and the double bedroom located to the right of the entrance, you can access the private balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool, which, we remind you, is NOT available to guests.

The flat is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms except the bathrooms and each bedroom is equipped with SMART TV.

**To ensure the safety of guests, there are external video surveillance cameras.

**It is important to remember that the swimming pool is NOT available to guests, but for the PRIVATE USE of the villa's owners.**
