A lovely apartment located in the beautiful historic center a stone's throw from the casino.



The accommodation, in addition to having a private parking approximately 350m from the property, offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single), 1 bathroom, a well-kept living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV, WI-FI, Pinguino refrigeration washing machine and heating, as well as various kitchen utensils and appliances.



At the entrance we find a bathroom immediately on the right, equipped with shower, bidet and washbasin, in front, instead, a beautiful living room/kitchen with dining table, and sofa bed. Continuing, we enter the small room/study in which a desk and a comfortable single bed have been positioned.



Moving forward we enter the master bedroom with a queen size bed, inside we also find a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV hanging on the wall.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a historic building, in the heart of Sanremo, note the flight of VERY HIGH AND PENDING steps.

    Séjour agréable malgré un manque de communication

    Logement propre et conforme. Toutefois il y a une faiblesse au niveau de la communication. Nous avons signalé une défaillance du badge pour le parking pour lequel nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse et nous avons du nous garer en cherchant péniblement une place.
