  • The apartment is on the fourth floor in an elegant residence with gatehouse, private underground parking area. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small area equipped with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
    The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV LCD HD 32', air-conditioning.
    The terrace overlooking the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful stunning sea view while you eat.
    The apartment is about 50-80 meters from the beach and about 200m from supermarket.
    The famous Promenade Imperatrice begins there and leads to the city center, with boutiques and the Ariston Theatre, passing from the Casino. The apartment is also close to a nice playground, perfect for children.
    You are also very near to the cycle track long almost 20 km entirely on the coast side. (on the cycle track there is the possibility to rent bikes)
