It is spread over several floors, with an entrance on the ground floor, a living room and bathroom on the first floor, and a kitchen and terrace on the second floor.

The property boasts a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the rooftops and the sea. Here, guests can enjoy aperitifs and meals cooked on the barbecue or simply relax in the sun.

This authentic retreat has been recently renovated, respecting the original architecture, and offers a spacious living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The separate, air-conditioned kitchen/dining room also features a single sofa bed with a pull-out single bed and opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

There is a double sofa bed in the living room, and a single sofa bed with a single pullout bed in the kitchen/dining room.

The apartment is arranged over the ground and first floors of a historic building, connected by very steep steps, making access difficult for the elderly, children and people with disabilities.

The apartment is located in the heart of Sanremo’s Old Town, a short walk from historic monuments such as the Museo Civico di Sanremo (a 5-minute walk) and the Casino of Sanremo (a 10-minute walk). Additionally, Porticato Della Pigna, Anfiteatro San Costanzo, La Pigna di Sanremo and Fontana Artistica Monumentale dei Giardini Regina Elena are all approximately a 5-minute walk.

The closest beach is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and the scenic Sanremo seafront offers great opportunities for walking or cycling, with bike rental nearby.
