For shared use: large, well-kept garden (fenced) with plants and flowers. Hot tub, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 3.2 km, railway station "Sanremo" 3 km. Marina 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Local sale of farm products. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Großräumige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Schöne gut ausgestattete und saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr großer Terrasse und Meerblick. Die Gastgeber sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein perfekter Ort, um Urlaub zu machen

Tolle Ausstattung - tolle Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder + 1 Hund) im Apartment. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist sehr schön ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer ist traumhaft. Jeder Zeit kommen wir gern wieder.

Tolle Hanglage, riesige Terrasse mit Outdoor Küche und offenem Grillkamin. Das Beste dann noch die Super Aussicht und die wirklich ruhige Lage Nähe Sanremo Zentrum

Herrlicher Meerblick mit gigantischer Terrasse

Großzügige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit riesiger Terrasse und herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Supernette, hilfsbereite und engagierte Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar sind, da sie ihr Eigenheim im Souterrain bewohnen. Verschiedene auch freie Strandabschnitte und fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings braucht man für die Bergetappe Kondition. In der Hochsaison natürlich etwas knapp Parkraum am Meer und in der City. Schöne Parkanlagen und viele Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln und Essen gehen.

Leider mangelt es an Hygiene

Hätten die Gastgeber sich etwas mehr Mühe gegeben, wäre dies sicher eine gute Bewertung geworden. Im eigentlich schönen Appartement waren bei unserer Ankunft deutliche Spuren der Vornutzer in Toilette, am Waschbecken, den Zusatzkissen im Kleiderschrank und ebenso in der Küche zu sehen. Die Gastgeberin darauf angesprochen, dass wir zunächst einmal geputzt hätten entschuldigte sich mit den Worten es sei vergessen worden und ob wir die Putzmittel gefunden hätten.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien équipé, tout est en bonne état et bien arrangé. Angela est d'un très bon accueil et de service. Seul bémol des voisins bruyants et non respectueux, y a fallu se fâcher mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre

Ferienwohnung Relax, der Name ist perfekt gewählt!

Wunderschönes Ambiente mit toller Außenküche. Nur Fünf Minuten bis ins lebhafte Zentrum von Sanremo, umso überraschender war die sehr ruhige Lage. Relaxing pur. A. und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder!
