"We had an a booking dispute with the management of this hotel prior to arriving so we were not to enthusiastic about our visit. The good part is that the customer service is great and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The negatives are; the on-site parking is SO tight that it is amazing that our car didn’t get damaged. The lobby is so out dated and smells musty…I understand that there may be some historic significance but this does not give a good impression. The room was clean and functional."
