One of the most memorable hotels we have stayed! beautiful interiors and charming exterior. Every detail has been considered creating a great feeling of warmth as soon as you enter. Fantastic spa area to unwind after skiing. Amazing breakfast and afternoon tea and most enjoyable were the friendly and accomodating family and staff!

We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms were roomy and clean and with views to the mountains. Breakfast was good.
The shower would be better to be fixed to the wall, rather than handheld.

When we eventually found how to reach the hotel by car ( you had to press a button for a bollard to go down in the road )our check in went smoothly and we were offered a welcome drink. Our room was large but the beds rather hard. We had a great buffet breakfast the first morning but after that we just ordered off the room service menu in the restaurant which wasn't so good. No one told us about the free Summer Card which luckily we read about in a leaflet from the Information Centre.

We had one night at Alpdeluxe Appartments. It was the nicest accommodation we have had on this trip to Austria. Everything was new looking, super clean room, very comfy beds, beautiful bathroom. The room was like a studio apartment with full kitchen and its own balcony.
The staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Great choice of cereals and fruit, delicious yoghurts, fresh rolls, cheeses, ham, salami, peppers, cucumber, juice, good tea selection, great...
