Easy on and off island. Walk or bike to close by restaurants and shops. Private sun deck among the trees. Washer and dryer in unit. Storage shed under house for your bike. This is an annual rental unfurnished for $ 2250.00 per month. Requires first months rent, last month rent and security deposit ( $2100).
