"Ralph and Ana are amazing hosts providing amenities for a perfect beach house experience. We were able to enjoy the home/pool and did several local excursions. Cabbage Key was fun. Bowman's Beach has to be one of the nicest, cleanest, and uncrowded beaches in the US- what a treat. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood walks in the evenings and at dawn. I highly recommend this place!"

"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. Management was very attentive to the situation and wanted to rectify the situation. There was a bit of confusion on what to do with trash, not realizing that there was a note on the garage by the door you would use to go in, indicating trash was in there. Nothing indicated that in any of my paperwork. I would also recommend that you bring your own hand soap as there was only one very small bar in the main bathroom and nothing in the half bath. But those things were certainly not deal breakers for us."

"The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit."
