All around FABULOUS

We were in Unit 3. 2nd level on the road side. During the day you could hear road noise but who cares when sitting on the beach. Evenings were very quiet. We stopped in Ft Meyer's and loaded up on groceries so we barely spent a penny once there. The property is directly on the beach. We watched the dolphins from the screened in lanai. The queen mattress was very comfortable. All the units were full and ALL the guests were so friendly... considerate... kind. The laundry is communal, and there is a big ice machine in there so be sure to look for it. Beach chairs and umbrellas were on site. Will definitely go back to Jensen's!!!!

Pleasant and clean.

This place was a good place to stay. My only compaint is that the property owner did NOT specify on the VRBO ad that this place is a duplex. We expected to stay in a house by ourselves, but we had some noisy neighbors on the other side of the living room and bedroom wall...NOT COOL. In the future, it would be better to clarify this little detail for potential tenants.

Lovely living space, well furnished. Kitchen and bathroom areas could benefit from an update. Bedroom fine if a little cramped. Loved the rear screened lanai, great place to eat. Would definitely recommend it. Possibly a little close to the road but did not bother us.

Darling and Amazing!

This house is perfect for a single or couple visiting Captiva! It is comfortable, well decorated and very clean. It is a short walk to a quiet (but not deserted) part of the beach. I was thrilled with my stay and will be back!

Cosy Cottage by the Sea

A lovely beach cottage stay. Ideally situated. Comfy and spacious. The cottage was exactly as described and what we expected, and we ran into no problems during our stay. Highly recommend!
