Nestled on the ground floor, this condo boasts stunning views from the living room and patio, allowing you to walk directly to the beach in under 30 steps. Experience the convenience and beauty of beachfront living with the added luxury of modern comforts.
The interior of the unit has been entirely upgraded to enhance your stay. Each room, including the master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The living room features a 75'' Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day in the sun.
In addition to these upgrades, the condo offers a light, bright, and sunny ambiance, ensuring a private and quiet retreat. The living room also includes a double sized pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.
For your convenience, the unit is fully stocked with a kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, a cooler, a beach cart, and an umbrella are provided. Upon request, a Pack n' play and an attachable baby chair are available. Fransi and Paul, our dedicated property managers, are on hand 24/7 to assist you.
The unit comes with a designated free parking space right outside your front door, eliminating the hassle of carrying suitcases or groceries over long distances. Simply walk in the front door and out the back door onto the beach.
The complex itself offers a large pool adjacent to the beach, along with a tennis court and BBQ facilities. Its unbeatable location ensures minimal traffic and proximity to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities, accessible by driving, cycling, or walking.
RULES for DOGS: Summary of Proposed Update – Section 10.2 Pets • Guests and renters may have one pet, up to 25 pounds. • Pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners must clean up after them. • No pets are allowed in the courtyard or pool areas. • Beach access for dogs is limited to the far east and west ends of the property (Buildings 1 and 5). • Nuisance behavior, such as excessive barking or aggression, is prohibited; the Board may enforce rules or require removal. • A nightly fee applies for the dog included in your booking. For those wishing to bring a dog, an additional fee of $50/night is required. Please inform us in advance to include this in your reservation.
All rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 100% full refund. While renovations are underway in other parts of Loggerhead Cay and on Sanibel Island, you will still have full access to the pool and beach, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and uninterrupted.

We are a family of 5 with three young children. We could not have picked a better place for our one week vacation in January. The kids spent the days collecting shells, playing on the beach and splashing around in the pool. Staying just steps away from the beach and being on the first level were incredibly convenient. Great place to make memories.
Pictures don't do it justice! Condo was perfect! Bigger and more beautiful in person. Location in regards to beach, pool, and parking could not have been more perfect especially for my elderly mother who traveled with us.
Condo is newly renovated and in a great spot on the property. We loved the easy access of walking out the porch and being able to get to the beach to so quickly. It was especially nice for sunrises to be able to pop out and enjoy the morning so quickly.
We've stayed many places in Sanibel and this is one of the best. The location on the beach is unmatched as well as the view. Very beautiful home with all the extras you need. What a great beach vacation with my family!
Sanibel is back! Condo was everything we could ask for! It was well decorated, well stocked with what you need at beach, and location unparalleled! It was literally 30 steps to beach and had glorious sunrises every morning that you looked out the windows. We totally recommend!
This condo has everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay on the island. The beds were comfy and they even provided beach supplies. The location of the condo on the property puts you steps away from the beach and the pool. This is the perfect place to stay for a worry free vacation.
A Hosts -- David and Paul were excellent hosts. Communication was fast and friendly. The condo has been professionally renovated. Air Conditioning works great; beds are comfy, new stainless appliances with filtered water and ice on the fridge. New washer and dryer, massive super UHD TV with your favorite streaming apps. It just felt like home. Parking is the very first space outside the door which makes the load-in and load-out super easy. We look forward to returning soon.
The condo was as described, very close to the beach making it easy to go in and out, the pool area was very well equiped with very comfortable chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Anything you need at home in the kitchen,baths and bedding they provided and all in excellent condition.The area is pretty much back to normal, many restaurants to choose from and activities.Comunication with Paul was excellent when needed during stay. Will definitely be back soon.
Condo was great. Location, location, location! First floor condo was wonderful for unloading our car and for carrying items to and from the beach. The pool is also fantastic and close to this unit. Paul, the maintenance person, was quick to help us with small problems.
We had an incredible multigenerational trip at the condo. We whole heartedly recommend the condo for cleanliness and location. It is well appointed and the beach access to amazing shelling is steps away. I love the location with regards to the complex because you are not sandwiched between units. We could not ask for a more perfect situation.

We had an amazing stay at Loggerhead 101. The condo was beautiful and just steps away from the beach and the best shelling ever. Everything to make our stay comfortable was there and in immaculate condition. We're so happy we choose Loggerhead 101 for our return to Sanibel after many years at another complex. This place was amazing. Super clean, fully renovated so everything is new and the beach is out the back door. Front parking right by the condo. Had everything you could possible Ned or want. The property manager was great and addressed our needs which were very few, actually only one! Will definitely stay here again!
The property was newly renovated and had everything needed. The views were excellent and overall a great place to vacation. A very nice extra was beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon! We had a wonderful time looking for shells, relaxing at the beach and pool, biking around the island, and eating great food from various restaurants. So glad to see Sanibel starting to rebound from Hurrican Ian! This is our favorite Florida vacation destination and we will be back!!
The condo was perfect..all new and clean. It is steps from the beach and parking. While there is alot of activity around the complex because of renovations from Ian, it was still great staying there. Location was good...but traffic on and off Sanibel could be a problem....be patient. I would definitely come back!
Dave's place is great. Right on the beach, parking right out front and handy to get anywhere on the Island. Ground level and going out the back door to the beach is sweet. We hit the polar vortex week so it was chilly, but still a great stay and glad to have such a great place to hang out. Thanks Dave (and thanks for the heads up on our car!) D-
The apartment was perfect for us. Newly renovated, top of the line kitchen, plenty of beach toys. The property manager. Paul, was tge best. Very accommodating.
