"We had a nice stay here, perfect location on the beach. We were able to ride our bikes to lighthouse park beach with shared paths on the island. We would definitely return. The BRGR restaurant on site was great also. "

"The address we were given, 3401, was/is incorrect. We were not given the name of the condo units, and once found, realized there was no signage. I called the property manager for info and was told they did not speak English, unfortunately we were not bi-lingual. We recognized the condo from the photo. Two other guests also had the same problem. Including written check out info at the condo would be helpful. After finally finding the condo, however, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. Lovely visit."

"Very clean and comfortable vacation condo.Great location with easy walk to the beach. Terrific shelling on beach just in front of condo. Stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. Would definitely rebook in the future."

"The apartment was cute but hardly finished. 2nd bedroom had all kind of pictures and things that made it look rushed to the market. The fees added on we exorbitant and made the actual price 2X the internet show price we will be inquiring as to gouging No beach chairs just 3 stadium chairs We were not made aware of the total reconstruction of the island and should have been. Other than that Sanibel was beautiful"

"Room was very spacious, clean and new. Everything was well stocked for the bathroom and kitchen needs. Staff was very nice and attentive. The beach was beautiful as always. Know before booking there is no pool. There is one washer and dryer on the grounds for the guest to use without charge. Overall the stay was excellent. "

"Great location and super clean! It was quaint we loved the private patio, use of beach carts, towels, and chairs. An ice cream store next door- score!! The beds are comfortable. We will visit again!!"

"We had a lovely peaceful and restful stay at this beautiful property it was newly renovated with lovely comfortable beds and a stunning panoramic view of the golf of Mexico , with direct Acess to the beach via a private stair case . We hope to return some day ."

"Beautiful property especially in light of the slow recovery from Ian. Throughly enjoyed the beautiful condo, beach and pool when we could use it. We were locked out of the pool due to roofing of the adjacent building which we understood for safety reasons. But the communication about the closure was frustrating. Beachview vacations finally responded with a solution but it took a lot of effort. We still had a fantastic time and would highly recommend staying here!"
