The home comes completely furnished with a very comfortable layout with a well equipped kitchen and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining, grilling, wildlife watching, and even a fenced yard for your dog. The house comes ready to go with beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats, coolers, beach toys, bbq grill, puzzles, and games. This is a monthly rental.

Island Time is absolutely amazing!!! The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet still an easy walk to the beach. Our dogs loved it too! We spent so much of our time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the screened-in porches—it was pure paradise. Our stay was an absolute pleasure, and we truly did not want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home

After 3 days of diving, walking into this charming house was so welcoming! It gave us the adrenaline to unpack as fast as we could. We did this just in time to have a cocktail on the front porch! Fixed steak on the grill by the pool and watched the sun set behind the trees. Just beautiful! There was the nicest breeze, perfect!
