"Beautiful condo in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and quick access to the pool. Location is ideal for easy drives to anything on Sanibel /Csptiva. Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Owner is quick to respond if there any questions. "

"Amazing views from Matthews Lodge!!!! This is my third stay (first time after hurricane Ian) and every time the staff, from the office staff to the maintenance team to the housekeeping team are ALL amazing! Always right there to tend to every need with a smile! I don’t think there is ever a day they would ever not make this place feel like home away from home!! The Island Inn is a must and the island would not feel the same without them! They are working hard to re build the future and sustain the incredible history this Inn has to offer its guests. In fact, if I lived close enough, they make the environment so great I would even want to work there! God Bless!! Dawn H"

"This unit was exceptional. You could see the ocean from the balcony, and it was a fantastic location to get anywhere you needed on the island. The unit comes with beach, umbrella, chairs, yeti cooler, beach cart.. Highly recommend this property. "
