"The apartment was very clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished and decorated. We had a full kitchen, dishwasher, two refrigerators and a washing machine. A dryer would have been helpful but we were in Jeju during the summer, so luckily the clothes dried quickly. We loved staying at the Vellum Resort and would happily return in the future!"

"Don’t worry about the dirty exterior and it’s abandoned neighbours, the room itself is modern and clean, followed by friendly staff"

"그런대로 가성비 있는 숙소 인듯, 다만 배게커버에서 앞서 묵은사람의 채취가 나서 수건을 올려놓고 잠을 청했다는...ㅠㅠ"

"Very new, clean, luxurious feel"

"여기 왜 후기가 없나요~ 깨끗하고 침구도 좋고 만족합니다 재방문할거에요~"

"Such a lovely place with nice toiletries and helpful staff!! There's an outdoor bathtub and a pool too! There is a restaurant downstairs and the duck soup is really good"

"Breakfast exceptional. A lot of food and choices. We ate there only once"

"I loved staying here! My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. I wasn't expecting to have so many amenities available-- my room included a small, well-stocked kitchen, as well as a washing machine. The staff provided a guide with restaurant and cafe recommendations which I found indispensable! Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Excellent staff, quiet property and sumptuous meals!"

"I loved our stay at the siena primo! The room was super clean and updated..I could tell that everything was well thought out and cared for. Breakfast buffet was awesome..! And swimming pool was so warm and comfortable to swim in even at night. Our family really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!"

"Friendly staff, great value, excellent breakfast in the quiet and serene environment. The owners are famouse artists and I enjoyed the tour of their works at the hotel. Caution: you must have a car as the location is outside of any public transportation"

"Beautiful property but sadly wasn’t maintained. There were overgrown walking trails and branches in the way of the paths. The pool looked nice but didn’t see anyone use it. Also, they only give small size towels unless you ask (despite having a jacuzzi in the room)."

"Great customer service, beautiful property and location"

"The room was spacious and the shower gel and shampoo provided were excellent. The on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast and lunch that I would not mind eating daily. Water and towels were refilled and replaced daily. Water pressure was good and hot water ran consistently. "

"The owner was so friendly and helpful, and gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast was delicious and there was free laundry service."

"Great staff clean and comfy....I love this place "

"Great stay and very helpfull host, she helped with everything as mu h as she could. Definetly appreciated "

"Great location--on the Ollie trail (trails 6 and 7) snd close to the market, food, and shopping."

"The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously. Parking was easy and plentiful. Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus."

"Very good."
