"Amazing customer service! The rooms are small but very clean and well-kept. The hotel offers a simple breakfast with cereal and toast. There’s also an ice machine, cold water, and a small kitchen available for guests. A washer and dryer are on-site, and parking is provided as well."

"Loved staying here. Decorations were awesome, everything was clean and the staff went above and beyond in helping find my way/getting a taxie for me. I felt safe as a solo woman walking around.

"I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel!
Positives: air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice
Negatives: There was no staff available to help check-in. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms?

"I don’t get how this hotel got these high scores reviews. It is cheap for a reason. Pictures seem clean and in good condition. But there were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. Bathtub was dented. Also not real bad sheets, mattresses and pillows. I got a neck ache for a few days. Just a simple cover which was too short to cover our feet. AC is old and therefore didn’t reach the programmed temperature. Also the door is locked with a simple key. Wouldn’t recommend it. Even if you’re on a...

"This is a solid hotel with a nice restaurant that serves a decent buffet breakfast. The beds are extra firm, and housekeeping is attentive and provides bottled water every day. This hotel is within a 8 minute walk to the Jeongbang waterfall and also the Maeil Olle market, both of which are must sees. There is an excellent sushi place 3 minutes away on foot. I would absolutely stay there again."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location is one of its best features it’s situated in Seogwipo-si, close to many of the island’s top attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient.
There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was a huge plus for getting around without needing a car. Whether you’re heading to waterfalls, local markets, or coastal walks, everything felt easily accessible.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic base for my Jeju adventure, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island!"
