"This VRBO could not have been better for our family of four. The owner’s communications with us before and during the trip was excellent! They advised us to us URBR throughout our trip and we were so appreciative of that. The taxi drivers will try to tell tourists Uber is illegal, but they are not being honest. Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"I had a swim out,would highly recommend, it was so nice to be able to swim anytime! Room was very clean, now the only thing I didn’t care for was, there’s not a lot of privacy to change clothes, there’s literally a curtain that separates the sleeping area from the shower area. I’m not a big foodie , so to me it was typical,resort food.my family on the other hand enjoyed every restaurant. I had a massage that was to die for, it literally put me to sleep! The shows were excellent in the evening. Food truck was good, the hot dogs were chicken, that was weird to me lol the kids camp was really good, my granddaughter enjoyed it!"

"This all inclusive resort was great. The room that I booked was not the room that they tried to give me at the resort and offered an upgrade to the room that I thought I reserved. They were understanding and let me look at different rooms and the views so that I can decide what room I would like. The upgrade came with extra amenities which I loved, especially the Elite Reaturant! The food that was served at the buffet was cold/warm, aside from breakfast. The restaurants was great, although they cook the lobster too long making it tough. The workers was pleasant and friendly. They offered us information and resources. Expedia was present in the main lobby and helped provide excursion packets which was helpful and affordable. The rooms was clean twice a day at least. I didn’t like the fact that they kept coming into the room even when we didn’t request the cleaning. Can not wait to go back!"

"Overall I had a great stay, but it’s not at the top of my list of resorts to go back to. Pros: The beach is incredible! Velvety white sand, crystal clear but somehow still beautifully blue water, perfect temperature. They keep the beach very clean. There are plenty of beach chairs and they have a floating pad on them so you can float in the ocean. The restaurant food for dinner was delicious no matter which one we chose. MOST water sports are included. Snorkeled twice and did a catamaran ride for free. They do expect tips on these. Cons: The food for every meal except dinner is mediocre at best. It’s really hard to find something decent to eat during the day. There is also no late night food. They say that diving is included, but it is only if you’re certified. You can do the class in the pool for free, but it costs $80 per person to dive The service isn’t very good. We did have an occasional server that was very attentive, but overall, the service really lacked. It was quite difficult to get a drink refill, especially on the beach. Food takes a very long time to come out, even at lunch. We were often not even acknowledged when approaching the towel hut or veggie bar. Some people might not care about this, but there is almost no music at the resort. Sometimes they play music at the pool bar, and outside of that, there is no music in the bars, at the restaurants, at the pool, etc unless they are doing an entertainment activity that is music."
