"Rooms needs a lot improvements"

"Older hotel. Our rooms had a very dingy smell to them. When brought up to the staff, maybe for a room change, all they did was give us a bottle of fabreze and a box of baking powder. "

"The support staff was very polite and speedy. Check-in was smooth and quick. All was good until we walked into our bathroom. Three large, dead cockroaches. Two on the floor and one in the bathtub. I can't do roaches. I hate leaving such a negative review, but that is what happened. Hopefully, it was a one off..."

"Arrived and the receptionist was no where to be found. I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. The facility and room was ok for 1 night stay, but it had a smell when i walked into the room. They definitely need to update the room, I think it was the old carpet in the room. I think that is what makes the room smell and made it feel dirty. The pictures on Expedia are probably from years ago. Because the facility no longer looks like it. But for the price and stay one night. It did its thing. "

"The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel had a pleasant smell throughout. The breakfast was excellent. They had real home-cooked oatmeal! I've never stayed at this hotel before, but it is going to be the one I choose from now on!"

"Reserved a 2 queen with sofa bed got just a 2 queen. They were not able to give me the room I needed and told me that was the room reserved, which it was not. Coffee pot did not work Fridge did not work Tub was rusted and looked unclean Had 2 sets of towels for a room for 4 people When asked for accommodations we were treated like it was an inconvenience Not a good experience "
