I insisted on River view room. If you find nature sounds recharging, this gushing river is a super gem in spring -all the way from alpine Pirin mountain, which is UNESCO Heritage. Heart melting sound so much, that I rebooked another night. Breakfast and dinner were amazing also! Wish hotel arranges transport to Thessaloniki airport, then I'll always book my stay here!

Като цяло хотела не е лош, но определено не отговаря за 5 звезди. Неприемливо е в хотел 5 звезди да няма еспресо за гостите, които стават рано, в стаите има пакетчета нес кафе и кетъл. Но не всички пият нес. В 7.00 сутринта попитах от къде мога да взема еспресо и отговорът беше, че в 8.00 отваря лоби бара и ресторанта за закуска. А до тогава? Без кафе! В хотели от такъв клас се поставя кафе машина в близост до рецепцията или на друго подходящо място за времето, в което гостите не могат да поръчат от другаде. Ако не желаете да губите клиенти, помислете по въпроса. Друго неприятно впечатление, беше че на тръгване, бях попитана единствено дали съм ползвала нещо от мини бара в стаята, без да ме попитат как е минал престоят ми и имам ли нещо да споделя! Поздрави за дамите, грижещи се за хигиената в стаите, много любезни.

The hotel is pretty nice with an alley to walk through and the river behind the hotel. There are good facilities for families. But food is horrible, especially dinner. I wasn't satisfied also from the staff at the room service, very unpolite, and not helpful at all.

Possibly the best hotel in the area of Sandanski. Very polite staff, english speaking. Highly recommended for a weekend of relaxation and area exploration
