House with all necessary facilities such as 50" UHD Smart-TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc., 300 MBPS high-speed free WIFI, cozy sofa and beds, dining area, kitchen with gas stove, microwave oven, cold & hot water dispenser, front-loader automatic washing machine, hot water shower in 2 bathrooms, and aircon in 2 bedrooms. The property also has a spacious backyard with artificial grass and a free private parking area that can accommodate 2-3 cars. Front area (car poach) and back gate are monitored with CCTV, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit provided for safety.
