"Paid for 2 x family vila and got 2 x standard rooms. With broken showers. Stain on bedsheets. 1 x smelly towel. Aircon remote in 1 x room didn’t work and the other room had water leaking from aircon pipe. Worst experience for me and my guests in my birthday. Need a refund for my downgrade that never happened. Music going on till 10:30pm. I was then shifted to a room at 11:30pm as they couldn’t find a remote control to turn the ac off. Please avoid this vila at all cost."

"Steps to go to villas. Not suitable for older people or disabilities. Reasonable value for money. Pool good size. Nice views. Restaurant staff are not knowledgeable and food is sub-par. Lagilagi spa is fantastic."

"Breakfast buffet was incredible - came with a 7 and 10 year old - pool was too crowded for us - the adult only pool was beautiful - the beach was very nice - great location - lived the nearby crab shack for lunch option"

"We had a fantastic stay on the island. It was so relaxing, yet there were enough activities that we could take part in on the island - snorkelling, weaving, coconut cooking classes, crab cooking classes, medicine nature walk, line fishing, banana boat rides, kayaking, lounging on the hammock, karaoke, kava tasting etc.. The evening shows were fantastic. The staff were super friendly, everyone is considered part of family. The food was authentic Fijian, including being cooked in the ground on hot rocks - lovo. There is nothing better than being on an island relaxed Fiji style, meters from the beach and warm water. "

"Very friendly small resort . We felt welcomed, seen and waited on. Kayaking, fire dancing and other activities were offered free. Great stay close to Natadola golf course; which was an exceptional experience. We were rained out after 13 holes and they gave us a rain check. We came back and played another 18 with great rental clubs!!"
