  • On the coast of Provence: village house with garden (1000 square meters), swimming pool (9x4 meters), 60 sq meters terrace with pergola, A/C in 3 bedrooms. This house is ideally located, less than 100m away from the sandy beach of Portissol, and less than 300m away from Sanary's port. Sea view from 2 bedrooms and from the pool, 5 bedrooms.
    Shops, restaurants, beach and city centre are all waling distance from the house.
    There is parking space for one car, other cars can park for free in the street.
    2 hours of house keeping per week are included in the rent but the exit cleaning (200 euros) is not included and must be paid on arrival.
    Linen (bedsheets and towels) can be provided for an additional charge of 20 euros per person, to be paid on arrival.

Excellent location, lovely property.

Given the fact that this property is so well located in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer, we never needed our car almost the whole time we stayed there. The house is a lovely example of the typical architecture found throughout the South of France, and the common living spaces were very comfortable, light and airy.

What an absolute gem. A few minutes walk to the beach and a stroll into town to the wonderful harbourside market for fresh produce for the BBQ. So many quaint streets with lots of upmarket shops and restaurants. We had a lovely scenic walk along the coast to Bandol and a boat trip out from the harbour to see dolphins. The hosts were charming and responded very rapidly to any queries. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool and outside eating and relaxing area. All you could want for a holiday by the sea in France.

Fantastic French Charm

A beautiful home obviously well loved and cared for by its owner Juliette and her lovely housekeeper. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose (nice touch) and immediately fell in love with both the house and the quaint town of Sanary-sur-Mer. Juliette provided a wealth of information and suggestions for our stay. My only disappointment is the time flew by so quickly in this beautiful location and home. I hope to return one day. Merci beaucoup Juliette!

Perfectly located house in a beautiful town. Great swimming pool and a great host with great recommendations. Some little quirks of an older house. Would be nice for the downstairs bedroom to be able to open onto terrace and maybe some air con in the garden level. Overall we a had a great stay for large family of three generations.

We loved the beautiful large lush garden and pool and the terrace was spacious and perfect for family meals with a great view of the garden. The house is so cute and in a wonderful location, just minutes from Portissol beach and a short walk to the port, filled with cafes and restaurants and shops. There is a great little market and a boulangerie as well as a pharmacy just a two minute walk away.The only drawback was the bathrooms were a bit awkward to use and the coffee maker has a leak. But we loved our stay

Une joli et grande maison pleine de charme et de recoins,. Très confortable pour 12 personnes, chacun peu avoir son petit espace. Les extérieurs sont très beaux et bien entretenu, et en été c’est là que l’on y passe la plupart du temps. Belle piscine, très grande terrasse. La maison et à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage et 10 minutes du centre ville, qui est très animé. Un très bon séjour.

Emplacement très bien.Plage et centre à proximité.Plusieurs petites choses pas au goût du jour, cuisine sans éclairage, pas de protections solaires sur la terrasse sauf un vieux petit parasol et donc coussins partiellement souillés par des déjections d'oiseaux, 2e frigo non fonctionnel mais remplacé après notre départ etc...Ce serait les aléas du début de saison...!Par contre important déficit : l'humidité en rez de jardin.Une pièce pas vivable et l'autre aussi fortement humide, odeur, murs avec traces de moisissure etc... Ce serait due aux fortes pluies de mars?!Le ventilateur ne fonctionne que 2 minutes.Autre problème, la sécurité! Les portes de la pièce de vie ne ferment pas à clé.Par vent il faut bloquer une double porte fenêtre, sinon elle s'ouvre.Le descriptif est incomplet, dimension des lits, chambres du rez-de-chaussée de jardin uniquement accessibles par l'extérieur,...Dommage qu'il y ait autant de lacunes, sans cela logement très agréable.Merci à Claude (sur place) pour son aide(fixation de poignée de porte tombée)et sa présence.

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen mit Pool sind sehr schön in mediterranem Stil eingerichtet. Wir hatten im Oktober traumhaftes Wetter, sodass wir die große Terrasse mit großem Tisch und großer Polster Sitzgruppe von früh bis spät nutzen konnten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein Problem ist die Nutzung der Duschen, was durch bauliche Maßnahmen-wie feste Duschwände- behoben werden könnte. Als Familien mit Kindern waren wir offenbar nicht die Wunschgäste ,sodass wir nicht nur die vertraglich vereinbarten150,00 € Endreinigung bezahlen mussten, sondern 200 € mit zusätzlicher "Kontrollreinigung" nach 3 Tagen. Es war trotzdem eine schöne Urlaubswoche.

Es umgab uns ein zauberhaftes Gefühl!

Wunderschön gelegenes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus, das über eine sehr gute Ausstattung verfügt und keine Wünsche offen lässt (kleine Info für Kaffeetrinker: nespresso-Maschine (basic) und French Press vorhanden). Die wundervolle Terasse mit großem Esstisch und gemütlichem Loungebereich bietet eine perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Im gepflegten Garten findet man kleine Ecken um Ruhe zu finden und zu träumen und auch der tolle Pool mit ausreichend vielen Liegen machte unseren Urlaub zu einem rundum besonderen und einzigartigen Erlebnis. Die Gastgeberin Juliette ist überaus herzlich und hat uns auch im Vorfeld bei Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Leider waren wir etwas spät, um Juliette persönlich zu treffen. Aber dafür hat uns Isabelle in Empfang genommen, die uns alles gezeigt hat und ebenfalls eine ganz liebe Person ist und stets für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Unsere Zeit an diesem wunderschönen Ort war unvergesslich und wir würden uns sofort wieder für dieses fabelhafte Haus entscheiden. Es umgab uns ein zauberhaftes Gefühl. Un trés grand merci Juliette!

Ein Juwel im Paradies

Wir waren einfach rundum von diesem charmantem authentischen Haus mit deinem zauberhaften Garten. Die Betten sind gut, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse ein Traum. Der Kontakt zur sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter ist hervorragend. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit fast neben der Türe , genau so wie der wunderbare Strand von Portissol. Wir kommen zurück !!

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren eine Gruppe zu 10. 3 Paare haben im Haupthaus gewohnt und alle anderen im unteren Teil des Hauses. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Bäder. Der Garten ist wunderschön, überall gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten und man kann sich herrlich zurückziehen. Die Fotos im Inserat sind ein wenig veraltet, das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit viel charmanter und schöner als man denkt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und schön. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Einzig einen Grill haben wir vermisst.

We were a group of six adults and four children. The location of the villa couldn't really be bettered as both beach and town are a short walk away. Most of our time was spent on the large terrace or in the lovely pool and the children also had fun playing in the beautiful Mediterranean garden. The photos do not really do justice to the charming house. And finally a word for our hostess Juliette, who was always available for advice, information and practical help right through from initial booking to our stay in Sanary. Un grand merci Juliette!

nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison un we début octobre avec des amis. l'accueil a été très agréable et sérieux tout comme les échanges avec la propriétaire des lieux. l'emplacement est au top surtout si on n'a pas envie de prendre sa voiture : ville et plage à quelques centaines de mètres. nous y retournerions avec plaisir!!

Great hideaway at Cote d'Azur

Charming house with nice garden and 4x10m Pool. Great to use with the family because it comes with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all nice and clean. We also liked the terrace pretty much!
